Nose : fine, full-bodied. A sensation of huge maturity emanates from the initial nose. After this, exotic fruits (pineapple, guava, banana), acacia honey, white fruits (palette, Golden apple) and nuts (almond, walnut) gleefully stride through the aromatic palette. Gradually, infused plants (chamomile, sage) and heady florals (lily, iris) fill the air with their enveloping fragrances.

Palate : full, dense. The marvellously syrupy and vanilla attack is also delicately spicy (pepper, cumin). On the mid-palate, the same acacia honey from the nose luxuriously coats the sides of the palate and the tongue. At the same time, pears release their refreshing juices. Remarkably well-balanced, it then turns to more herbaceous (green malt, chlorophyll) and candied (date, fig) tones. A note of marzipan and green mint.

Overall : long, balanced. With lots of lyricism, the finish evokes a green landscape dotted with thickets and surrounded by dense forest. It is also equipped with a salinity that takes us to the seafront to explore salty meadows. Continuing smoothly on from this, the retronasal olfaction is rustic and bucolic. Ginger and cinnamon gradually land delicately on the taste buds. The empty glass is camphoric, peppery, praline and floral (lime blossom, peach blossom).
