Glen Scotia is one of the few distilleries on the Campbeltown peninsula. Located on the Kintyre peninsula between the Isle of Islay and the Isle of Arran, it produces whiskies with character and maritime influences. Distilled in 2000, this 21 year old bottling was aged in American Hogshead casks. It is bottled in the Connoisseurs Choice range of single malts, at its natural strength and from a single cask. A whisky marked by fruity notes of pineapple, passion fruit and apple, the sweetness of honey and brown sugar to finish with notes of black pepper, citrus and sea salt.
