The 2021 release brings together spirit from Sherry matured and Sherry finished casks. A hand picked trilogy of 1st fill Oloroso, refil Oloroso and rare 1st fill aged Palo Cortado Sherry butts bring bring complex nuances to the unique distillery style.
Tasting notes
Nose : Sugared almonds, dired fruits and aged wood
Appearance : Miel éclatant avec des reflets de bronze.
Palate : Alphonso mango, rich citrus zest, apricots and sun-kissed raisins balanced with walnut, light roasted coffee, cacao and antique liquorice notes.
Overall : Finish encompasses salted caramel, sandalwood and iced ginger cake.

Une marque connue, jamais déçu ce 16 ans est parfait
J'aimais déjà beaucoup le 12 ans ce fut un plaisir de déguster le 16 ans avec son parfum agréable et son goût affirmé sans être agressif. Je ne suis pas un expert mais j'aime ce qui est bon. C'est un de mes favoris.
