Following the success of FAIR gin and FAIR gin Barrel Aged, this expression completes the range with an Old Tom version! Some Fair-Trade certified sugar syrup sourced in Malawi has been added to the Fair Gin original recipe, before the spirit was left to rest for 3 months in chestnut casks having previously old the famous rum Belize XO.
