Tasting notes
Nose : Equilibre exceptionnel entre un nez profond, une bouche onctueuse sans être trop sucrée, une grande complexité aromatique et une longueur remarquable. Un rhum exceptionnel destiné aux connaisseurs.
Palate : En bouche il est puissant et plein de caractère. Une fois que le palais s'est habitué à l'alcool, on sent davantage les notes de fruits (orange, citron confit) et de plantes (menthe, basilic). Un fin boisé apporte de la structure tandis que la douceur des notes de sirop d'érable assurent la matière.
Overall : La finale est douce, malgré la puissance en bouche initiale, longue et subtile, marquée par une fraîcheur mentholée.
