Tasting notes
Nose : ample. Marked by sherry, walnut, beeswax and honey. Develops into apple and plum.
Palate : rich and concentrated. Floral (lavender, violet). Develops onto spices (peppermint).
Overall : long, soft and fruity. Develops into salted butter caramel.
