EDDU Collection Jean Le Cam

2 years after the collaboration with the French singer and actress Nolwenn Korbell, the Distillerie des Menhirs launches a new edition in the Eddu Collection range, this time imagined with the legendary French navigator Jean Le Cam.
Seduced by the work of the Distillerie des Menhirs and motivated by the prospect of supporting a local company, Jean Le Cam, the unrivaled "King Jean", agreed to participate in a new adventure. Nothing however predestined the very earthy Le Lay family, creators of the distillery, to meet a sea lover like Jean Le Cam. But it was their common values, a spirit of solidarity and a certain outspokenness that finally brought them together. Guy Le Lay, the founder of the company, already a fan, was definitely won over by Jean's anthology speech at the end of the 2021 Vendée Globe, a race marked by his rescue of skipper Kévin Escoffier. So much so that the three Le Lay brothers decided to ask for the help of the "great guy" who had made their father so enthusiastic.
With his usual generosity, the sailor went to Plomelin (Brittany, France), on Eddu's land, and after a meticulous tasting, his choice fell on a sure value of the house, a 10 years old whisky, in his image: comforting and well balanced, presented in a bottle with a label representing the sailor's characteristic hair.
