Tasting notes
Nose : envoutant, gourmand.<br>Précis sur le duo poire juteuse et<br>vanille bourbon. Il s’ouvre sur les<br>agrumes, zest d’orange. Pâtissier,<br>notes de pâte d’amande.
Palate : douce, presque sucrée,<br>elle est marquée par la vanille.<br>Elle se développe rapidement<br>sur la noisette laiteuse et revient<br>en milieu de bouche sur la poire<br>Williams, la pomme Grany Smith.
Overall : nette, sans excès d’amertume,<br>elle se prolonge sur des<br>notes de chêne blanc, beurre,<br>crème.
