Petite Marie rum from La Distillerie de Paris is made exclusivly with pure cane juice grown on Marie Galante Island. Distilled and fermented in Paris, the rum is then transferred in micro distillery casks for a short maturation. The casks used are elaborated by the famous Charentais’s cooper, Seguin Moreau. Citrus, truffle and spice notes bring sweetness to a vanilly and flowery profile of this rum.
