L'Aquavit de la Distillerie de Paris est une production inspirée par la célèbre eau de vie Danoise. Grâce à un travail de torréfaction, le carvi (cumin de Hollande) exprime une large palette, qui va du grué de cacao aux épices chaudes, en passant par des notes anisées. Il est adouci par une association d'herbes fraîches comme le fenouil et des agrumes comme le citron bergamote, ainsi que des fleurs.
Cette eau de vie, à forte personnalité, appelle l’association avec des mets et des épices. Parfaite pour les accords autour du poisson, mais aussi des abats et du gibier, elle fait des merveilles sur de nombreux fromages.
