This rum distilled in 1999, which has slumbered for 23 years in bourbon and sherry casks, expresses notes of noble wood and sweet spices, enhanced by a hint of red fruit and cocoa. The finish is very profound, displaying aromas of leather and honey. The exceptional casks of the Parrafo collection have reached a level of maturity that expresses the great complexity and aromatic intensity only found in Dictador rums.
