Tasting notes
Nose : Immediate vanilla, fudge and butterscotch, but a character reminiscent of a great Cognac as well with some dried fruits and apricots, then pencil shavings and hints of damp earth. Very complex.
Palate : Nutmeg on a milk chocolate, notes of caramel, sea salt caramel. A nice suppleness, without too much sweetness, it's a beautiful marriage.
Overall : Long, supple and silky, with hints of oak and grapes.
