COTSWOLDS Old Tom Gin

This new gin from the Cotswolds distillery is in the tradition of the Old Tom Gin style. Starting with a base of 60% neutral wheat alcohol, a blend of eight botanicals (juniper berries, ginger, coriander, angelica, orange zest, liquorice root, caraway and cardamom) is added to the distillation, followed by a touch of sugar syrup. Bottled at 42%, it can be enjoyed neat, with orange zest or in a Tom Collins with lemon juice, tonic and sugar syrup.
