A family-run cider farm through five generations, the Clos d’Orval is a typical Norman bocage farm. The fruits from its orchards are converted 100% on site. Particular care is paid to the quality of its raw material and its apples and pears are carefully selected according to their use: Calvados AOC, Normandy Pommeau AOC, Poirino, cider, perry, apple juice, jelly or cider vinegar.
