Tasting notes
Nose : Fresh and intense, starting with juniper berry, orange zest, herbaceous, mentholated and woody notes. It then evolves on blackcurrant buds, flowers and sweet spices.
Palate : Silky and fat with a sweet, smoky sour profile on juniper, pepper, coconut, ginger and nutmeg. Camphor, angelica, cinnamon, anise, licorice, cypress and celery become increasingly present, sip after sip.
Overall : Very long, fresh and spicy, with notes of mint, bitter almond, cedar, orange zest, eucalyptus, rosemary and coconut.
