The essence of the apple! With La Blanche, Christian Drouin wanted to give new life to the first calvados, which was mainly consumed as a clear spirit before the introduction of a minimum age with the evolution of the AOC. It is obtained by the double distillation of apple ciders in a copper still. After several months in a neutral container, Blanche de Normandie emerges as a delicate eau-de-vie with the intense aromas of cider apples. To be served in a frosted glass or used in cocktails to replace vodka for a more expressive effect.

Nose : intense, frais, il dévoile toute la palette des pommes à cidre. Un fruité d’une intensité et d’une richesse rare.
