CREATE YOUR OWN GIN WITH BACCAE

Discover the Parisian distillery BACCAE at the Custom Gin Creation Workshop, available every day at the TAG pop-up store.

Several pre-distillates are available for blending. Whether you desire it to be herbal, spicy, or more floral, the custom recipe will be crafted with the valuable guidance of our team, THE AVANT GARDISTS. Two labels created especially for the occasion can be personally signed by hand, adding an extra touch of personalisation.

BOTTLE YOUR WHISKY WITH LA PIAUTRE

In collaboration with La Piautre, an artisanal and organic malt-house, brewery, and distillery, THE AVANT GARDISTS offer you the opportunity to bottle your own whisky.

A French whisky cask is on display at the TAG pop-up for a real-time pouring, revealing not only a powerful and intense cask-strength whisky, but also a one-of-a-kind bottling. The bottle will then be labeled, sealed, and signed.

MIXOLOGY WORKSHOP WITH TRAVELLERS COCKTAILS

Becoming an institution worldwide, the Experimental Group collaborates with La Maison du Whisky to present a range of 'ready-to-drink' cocktails inspired by the journeys of its wandering bartenders. Paris, Venice, New York, London, and Verbier: the Travellers Cocktails creations are an invitation to travel. During this event, recreate and savour the range with an expert bartender from the Experimental Cocktail Club.

TASTING WORKSHOP WITH LA CONSPIRATION

With roots in the Champagne region, La Conspiration gins are characterized by a winemaking approach led by their cellar master and master blender, Jérôme Lefèvre. La Conspiration produces organic and original gins, guided by grape varieties, complemented with fruits, cereals, and botanicals. Come discover and taste the Terroir range during this masterclass led by the master distiller.

TASTING & MIXOLOGY WORKSHOP WITH WITL & DE MICHELLOT

After travelling through Scotland and visiting more than thirty distilleries, Salim Duriaux-Hogga wanted to express his vision of whisky by creating the brand WITL. With the motto 'Whisky is the Limit' and as an independent bottler, he introduces you to whiskies with unique and authentic flavours, the result of his journey meeting Scottish distillers.

Simultaneously, Yoann Collot (@dosedefrance) invites you to taste the herbal liqueurs from De Michellot, a brand passionate about traditions and authenticity, dedicated to the revival of French spirits.

The collaboration between WITL & De Michellot provides a unique tasting experience and an exchange around the versatility of herbal spirits and whisky in cocktails.
