From 1963 to 1997, the Bunnahabhain distillery produced an unpeated single malt. Since then, it has made up for it, as evidenced by this 2013 Staoisha version, a worthy representative of the Islay whiskies famous for their strongly peated profiles. The Un-Chillfiltered Collection range brings together non-chillfiltered single malts, bottled at 46% from carefully selected small batch casks. Rich, aromatic and oily, these whiskies have preserved all their character, for a most authentic taste experience.
