Located in the north of Venezuela in a village of the same name, Ocumare owns a beautiful hacienda that produces part of the cane sugar used by the distillery, and also bottles Pampero rum. The Ocumare rum itself is the product of the best cane harvests and is aged on site at the hacienda. It is also, rather specially, reduced with crystal-clear spring water and contains aged sugar cane juice as well as a touch of guarana seeds collected from the Amazon forest (a berry naturally rich in caffeine).
