KRUG
The House of Krug was founded in Reims in 1843 by Joseph Krug, an anti-conformist with an uncompromising philosophy who understood the very essence of champagne. Transcending the notion of vintage, every year he released a champagne of unparalleled quality, regardless of climatic events. Joseph Krug compiled a vast library of reserve wines, respecting the individual nature of each plot, and in the process created the very first Champagne House capable of always producing prestigious champagnes. Since then, six generations of the Krug family have continued his vision and added to his skills and expertise.
