Fee Brothers was created in 1863, but it wasn’t until 1951 that it began producing bitters, beginning with “Old Fashioned Aromatic” and “Bitters and West Indian Orange Bitters”. They have been able to expand their range thanks to the recent cocktail craze, speakeasy bars and cocktail bitters. In the United States, “Peach” remains one of the most popular versions, while “Old Fashion Aromatic Bitters” and “Whisky Barrel-aged Bitters” are by far the most elaborate.
