Made from 12 plants (including a tea blend), Beefeater 24 is the high-end vintage of this iconic brand which also happens to be one of the only London Dry Gins to be distilled in the British capital. While retaining all of its character and the essence of its primary plants (juniper, coriander, angelica and Seville orange zest), Beefeater 24 is noticeably lighter than the standard version, with a more marked bitterness. Higher in alcohol content, it is very well balanced and almost feels less powerful on the palate.

Beefeater est une des 9 distilleries actuellement en activité dans Londres et est l’héritière d’une histoire vieille de 150 ans. En 1862, un certain James Burrough rachète pour une bouchée de pain une distillerie de Chelsea qui produisait historiquement toutes sortes de liqueurs. Dès 1876, Burrough développe la production de gin et élabore un gin très puissant en goût appelé « Beefeater Gin » grâce à l’assemblage de 9 botaniques. La distillerie s’installe à Londres dans les années 50 et perpétue avec la même application les techniques et la recette mises au point par Burrough presque un siècle plus tôt. - Delivery and payment
