Barsol is a perfect introduction to the world of Peruvian pisco. The range consists of two single varietal piscos, made from the Italia and Quebranta grapes, and a blend made from a combination of different grape varieties. Produced by the same family for three generations at the Bodega San Isidro in the Ica Valley, the various brandies in the Barsol range reflect the richness and subtlety of the pisco aromatic palette. Distilled in a copper pot still that is more than a hundred years-old, Barsol pisco is not coloured, diluted or flavoured.
