Canopée is an organic India Pale Ale (IPA) with a bright, golden color. In the vein of American West Coast IPAs, it is brewed with raw Chinook and Simcoe hops, whose fruity (citrus, exotic fruits), resinous and slightly floral notes balance the characteristic malty bitterness of this style. A dry beer, refreshing and less alcoholic than the average IPA with only 5.6% alc., which allows for a smooth entry into the world of strongly hopped beers.
