2000. It is an exceptional cask with a beautiful complexity. The whisky has been fully matured in a
oak bourbon cask, specially chosen to bring out the most complex and indulgent fruity aromas of the whisky.

Tasting notes
Nose : Beautifully fragrant, with a touch of freshly zested lemon and tropical pineapple. A note of pink jasmine<br>follows with classic Ardbeg notes of fennel and pine needles, while a vanilla custard emerges. A slight hint of smoke and charcoal are subtly intertwined with an exceptional bouquet of fruit and flowers.
Palate : An unexpected mouthfeel: tangy, yet creamy. Luscious flavours of Neroli orange blossom, lemon balm and sweet honeysuckle lead to notes of wood smoke and sweet and salty caramel popcorn. White peppercorns and aniseed add spice.
Overall : A long and sweet finish. Many citrus notes emerge in the smoky, sooty finish.
