Aegir Tors Hammer is a strong version of an American or English barley wine and is characterised by notes of citrus fruits, dried fruit and apples. Pronounced character and vinous on the palate, it goes very well with strong cheese, particularly blue cheese with honey. Serve at 12-15 degrees.
