All about making whisky
Adnams Copper House Dry Gin is made using the ‘London Dry Gin’ method, where the botanicals are added directly to the spirit in the copper pot still. Made with six carefully chosen botanicals, including Juniper Berries, Orris Root, Coriander Seed, Cardamom Pod, Sweet Orange Peel and Hibiscus Flower, Adnams Copper House Dry Gin is elegant. Of these botanicals, it’s probably the hibiscus flower which is the least expected. The bitter, floral fruit flavours of the petals definitely add a greater dimension to this gin. The resultant spirit is charged with juniper, rich with floral and citrus notes.
