Produced on the island of Marie-Galante in the south of Guadeloupe, Père Labat is an Agricole rum with a high alcohol content. Rich and perfumed on the nose and concentrated on the palate, it is exuberant, intense and vegetal.

Located on the island of Marie-Galante, in Grand Bourg, since 1863, the small Poisson distillery produces a very well-known agricultural rum. It was named Père Labat as a tribute to a missionary monk known not only for recounting his Antilles adventures in the 18th century but also for improving the functioning of the stills used at the time.
