Paul John Peated Select Cask is produced in the tropical climate of India, where the angels' share peaks at around 12% each year. It is part of the 'Select' range, whose casks are rigorously selected and bottled as brut de fût.
This single malt illustrates the sumptuousness of the city of Goa, with its rolling landscapes on the edge of the Indian Ocean. Its smoky notes unfold through aromas of Demerara sugar, warm spices, cocoa and nuts.
