ORIGIN Arezzo - Italy

Gin, England 70cl Ref: 4892

From the range of the same name, Origin Arezzo is a unique gin. Made from juniper berries that come exclusively from the town of Arezzo in Italy. This highly localized choice provides an opportunity to explore the ‘terroir’ theory and how area, climate and the type of soil can have an effect on the organoleptic criteria of gin. Each bottle is supplied with a small 10ml flask made up of coriander, orange and lemon peel, cardamom, angelica, cassia tree, liquorice, camomile and cubeb berries. This mixture can be used to transform and heighten the aromatic complexity of the gin. On its own it will give a sublime twist to classic cocktails such as gin & tonic, Martini or Negroni.

PROFILE Style: Fresh. Nose: Citrus fruit (lemon). Palate: Unctuous. Notes of pine. Juniper berry. Finish: Long.
