The Gölles’ schnapps or apricot brandy is produced according to an ancient family tradition. No less than 20 to 25 kg of thoroughly ripe apricots are necessary to produce each litre. This elixir is carefully distilled twice in a copper pot still so as to extract the natural colour and flavours, resulting in a totally natural eau de vie that is perfect for cocktails.
