LA VENENOSA Raicilla Sur de Jalisco is produced by Maestro tabernero Don Arturo Campos Valencia in the village of Zapotitlan de Vadillo, Sur de Jalisco region. The agave used is a type of Cenizo Costeno, cultivated. Distilled two times in Filipino ceramic still, this raicilla is dusty earth on the nose with notes of herbs. The finish is dry and gently bitter.
