Originating from the Negros Occidental island in the Philippines, Don Papa is a celebration of the ancient Asian tradition of sugar cane farming. It takes its name from a sugar plantation master who became a hero in the Philippines revolution in the 19th century, Dionisio Magbuelas, known as “Papa Isio”. Aged in bourbon casks for a minimum of 7 years at the foot of the Kanlaon Volcano, this rum overflows with gourmand flavours with gorgeous notes of vanilla and fruit.
