Tasting note

  • Appearance : jaune pâle.
  • Nose : riche, expressif.
The brand

The brand

An experimental site in the 1980s, Benriach entered a new era when it was bought by Billy Walker in 2004. Ever since it has benefited from this visionary’s talent and creativity. Birnie Moss, a veritable symbol of this comeback, was eventually released as its second official single malt. Following in the footsteps of Springbank’s Longrow and Edradour’s Ballechin, it is peated at unusually high levels.
