Tasting notes
Nose : creamy and intense. This rum has a dual-character, on the one-hand evoking an old rum with its notes of honey-spice bread, and on the other a lively, young rum fresh out of the still. Its chromatic register goes from colourless to very dark amber. Red, fo
Appearance : colourless.
Palate : smooth and yet invigorating. Its structure includes all the various spirits in the blend. Harmonious, it starts off with notes of dried fruit (walnuts, figs, almonds). Warm and sunny, it then develops a spicy, peppery character and steadily gains strength
Overall : long, sweet. Lots of delicious fruit with plums, pears, white peaches, and lemons. It then leads us into the heart of the fermentation. Fresh ginger gives a spicy note to the flavour of sweet must. The empty glass presents chlorophyll.
